The Philippines’ largest canned food company Century Pacific Food, Inc (PSE: CNPF) reported net profit of Php1.5 billion during the nine months ending September 2015. This is 22% higher versus the same period last year, as local demand continued to boost sales for the Company’s branded food products.

Century Pacific Food, Inc (PSE: CNPF), the largest canned food company in the Philippines, generated an unaudited net income of Php497 million in the second quarter of 2015. This represents a 25% increase over the Php398 million during the same period last year.

Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CNPF), the Philippines’ largest canned food company, announces a Php2.7 billion equity placement of approximately 143 million common shares at a price of Php18.75 per share.

Century Pacific Group, Inc. (the “Parent”) received an Exchange Option Notice pursuant to an Exchangeable Loan Agreement (the “Agreement”) made between the Parent and Arran Investment Private Limited (“Arran”) last April 30, 2014.
