Job Description:
- Ensure that policies and procedures pertaining to party transaction are all implemented
- Ensure compliance with both local and internal transfer pricing rules and practices
- Supervise related party transactions to ensure proper reconciliation, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of records
- Maintain accurate record records of related party transactions and supervise staff
- Oversee the company’s transfer pricing matters and partner with multiple stakeholders to provide support
- Manage and prepare transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with both the accounting standards and revenue regulations
- Conduct regular internal review of transfer pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments
- Provide advice on transfer pricing implications on new business initiatives
- Support transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters relating to transfer pricing
- Maintain control over related party transactions by preparing and recommending new policies and procedures
