Job Qualifications:

- With strong knowledge base of finance/accounting operations and internal controls creation and review
- With strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, intellectually curious, and possess the aptitude to work independently in an ambiguous environment
- Experience in local or international companies in the same industry an advantage
Job Description:
- Create and maintain a cohesive set of policies and procedures that reflect the company’s needs and practices
- Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity
- Identify and fix process pain points within and across disciplines
- Identify and encourage the generation of ideas for process improvements, support re-engineering, and process automation discovery and opportunities
- Establish the effectiveness of the existing policies and procedures and initiate enhancements as identified
- Preparation of monthly project scorecard reports
