Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
- With minimum of 2 year experience in Demand Planning or Business Forecasting in FMCG industry
- Has a background in Sales and Operations Planning
- Competent with MS Excel
Job Description:
- Monitors weekly data of Sales trending vs target
- Regularly measure and examine forecasting accuracy and further deepen the sales trending analysis
- Measures monthly forecast accuracy and bias by SKU
- Determines sources of forecast error with regular coordination with Sales, Marketing, TMG and Logistics
- Documents assumptions of volume drivers from Sales and Marketing factored in forecast build-up
