  • Ensure compliance to the Data Privacy Act, Corporation Code, and PSE Disclosure Rules
  • Ensure compliance to Internal Revenue, and Customs Act
  • Coordinate with respective government agencies regarding compliance matters
  • Conduct required compliance assessments
  • Ensure submission of incident and regulatory reports
  • Review and/or adopt necessary policies and guidelines
  • Review and draft contracts
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned
