- Must be a registered lawyer
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance to the Data Privacy Act, Corporation Code, and PSE Disclosure Rules
- Ensure compliance to Internal Revenue, and Customs Act
- Coordinate with respective government agencies regarding compliance matters
- Conduct required compliance assessments
- Ensure submission of incident and regulatory reports
- Review and/or adopt necessary policies and guidelines
- Review and draft contracts
- Perform other duties that may be assigned
