Job Description:

  • Asset Registration: Ensure that each asset is tagged with a unique identifier( Asset number and asset tag QR code) and logged into the asset management system.(MOTADATA) currently MASTER ASSET FILE EXCEL
  • Deployment Coordination: Coordinate the distribution of assets to appropriate departments or individuals.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in Maintenance Scheduling: Oversee the scheduled maintenance of assets and ensure that necessary repairs or upgrades are performed.
  • Asset Performance Reviews: Track the performance of assets over time to determine if they are being utilized optimally.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years computer related course
  • At least 1 years in Computer repair, network infrastructure & handling customer queries. Knowledgeable in MS Office; Fresh graduates are subject for evaluation.
  • MS Office Basic/ Advance is an advantage
