Job Description:
- Develop product formulations and lead R&D trials for new product development, improvement, or cost optimization.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and performance tests to validate product quality and stability.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, trial reports, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to align on project timelines and product specifications.
- Support regulatory and technical requirements, including sourcing of new ingredients and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field; advanced studies or training is an advantage.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in product development, formulation, or R&D in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Solid understanding of food science principles, processing methods, and shelf-life evaluation.
- Strong analytical, project management, and technical writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with lab equipment and product testing protocols.
