Job Description:

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct variance analysis and cost monitoring to support business units in decision-making.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and financial models aligned with business KPIs.
• Support strategic planning, pricing decisions, and investment evaluations through financial analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of management accounting practices with internal policies and CMA standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Management Accountant (CMA) required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management accounting, FP&A, or business finance.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and financial analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
