Job Description:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications, enhancements, or system integrations based on user needs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems and applications to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare system documentation, user guides, and provide training or technical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or application support.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python), databases (e.g., SQL), and system integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and user needs.
- Effective communication skills and experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
