Job Description:
- Lead the design and execution of talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Oversee succession planning, leadership development programs, and high-potential talent initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to assess organizational needs and implement solutions for capability building and workforce planning.
- Monitor employee performance, engagement, and career development frameworks to support business goals.
- Drive the implementation of talent analytics and reporting to inform data-driven HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in talent management or organizational development roles.
- Strong background in competency development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional talent initiatives and engage with senior leadership.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
