HR Officer (For pooling)

Job Description:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employee records.
  • Manage HR administration tasks, including benefits and compensation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the logistics industry.
