HR Assistant (For pooling)

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring alignment with the company’s dynamic needs.
  • Source candidates using various platforms and networks suitable for the FMCG industry.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including document collection and orientation.
  • Track and ensure the completion of pre-employment and other HR-related requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG sector is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS
