Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring alignment with the company’s dynamic needs.
- Source candidates using various platforms and networks suitable for the FMCG industry.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including document collection and orientation.
- Track and ensure the completion of pre-employment and other HR-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support HR projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG sector is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
