Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Food Service sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets across assigned channels or territories.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in food service accounts, including restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutional partners.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive business improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution of promotions, product availability, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years handling Food Service or HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) accounts.
- Deep understanding of the food service industry, including channel dynamics, pricing structures, product applications, and customer needs.
- Proven track record in developing and managing key food service accounts, achieving volume and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments.
