Job Description:
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring proper monitoring and compliance with electrical and mechanical standards.
- Oversee the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work in coordination with production teams and ensure timely execution.
- Manage inventory of machine parts, consumables, and fuels; coordinate procurement and deliveries with Purchasing.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; licensed engineer preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance or engineering supervision.
- Strong background in preventive maintenance systems, equipment troubleshooting, and project coordination.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, reviewing maintenance records, and implementing safety protocols.
- Good leadership, planning, and communication skills with strong attention to operational efficiency and compliance.
