COST ANALYST

Job Description:

  • Analyze and reconcile fish inventory movements from Cold Storage to Production based on receipts, contracts, and production highlights.
  • Prepare accurate balance sheet schedules and inventory/purchase listings in line with monthly Finance Scorecard.
  • Generate and analyze monthly Direct Labor Reports, ensuring timely submission before closing.
  • Conduct quarterly (or as needed) physical fish counts and reconcile results against ERP data.
  • Analyze and report on monthly Frozen Loins valuation and other fish-related cost reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost analysis, or manufacturing finance.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with inventory modules is a plus.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports.
