- With Bachelor’s Degree in any business related course
- With at least 3 years related work experience in trade marketing management
- Experience in local or international companies in the same industry an advantage
- Former experience or background in Sales an advantage
- Plan with cross-functional teams on Route to Market strategy, volume forecast, activities and testing, etc.
- Execute with Field Sales team placement of products in targeted accounts/channels/regions, implement activities (merch and promos), and attend to reallocation concerns
- Evaluate performance of pilot vs. controlled experiments, and KPIs, and recommend improvements for final launch
