Job Description:
- Translate brand strategies into actionable category plans for assigned business units.
- Analyze shopper behavior and market data to recommend relevant product offerings.
- Support new product launches by converting communication plans into clear sales materials.
- Monitor sales drivers such as promotions, allocations, and forecasting to improve performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Agencies, and ISA teams to ensure effective execution of category activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or brand support, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an eye for shopper insights and trends.
- Experience in campaign monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting tools.
