- Develop and execute category plans based on overall brand strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in brand/category management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially in shopper and market insights.
- Proven experience in promotional planning, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication, project management, and executional follow-through.
