Job Description:
- Conducts consultation with buyers on a regular and predictable schedule (documents consultation via Talksheet)
- Cascade company promos & programs to buyers, coordinators, & merchandisers (all within assigned budget)
- Conducts store checks and store visits (only 20-30% of his/her time in a week) (does Store Score while doing trade visit)
- Aligns with merchandising coordinators on company strategies and directions
- Submits RWER, sales performance, activity, and other reports (e.g. Talksheet, TTA, Factbook, etc.)
- Coordinates with logistics for timely delivery of orders
- Introduces new products to assigned accounts
- Monitors in-store promotional activities performance (off-take, efficiency of budget)
- Manages account ARs together with BDM Ops and coordinates closely with CPFI Comptroller Team
- Ensures that assigned account spending is within given budget
- Coordinates with TMG Group to better service assigned account (recommendation and implementation of
Channel, CATMAN and ISA projects)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business course
- 1 year hands on experience in sales and distribution functions.
