Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies and action plans to grow CPFI product sales in the North America Ethnic channel.
- Lead and manage distributor and broker networks to expand market presence in North and South America.
- Monitor and drive sales, market share, and profitability of CPFI brands in the export market.
- Collaborate with the Global Brands Sales & Marketing Manager to evaluate market trends, product opportunities, and supply chain efficiencies.
- Ensure sales and collection targets are met, providing regular performance updates and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in international sales or export business development, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven experience handling distributor networks and ethnic channels in North America.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams and markets.
