Job Description:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings for senior leaders, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and reimbursements.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems and support office administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discreet, proactive, and professional in handling sensitive information and communications.
