ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings for senior leaders, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and reimbursements.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and support office administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under pressure.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discreet, proactive, and professional in handling sensitive information and communications.
