Job Description:
- Encode, organize, and maintain R&D files, reports, and trial records in both digital and physical formats.
- Track sample movement, product codes, and raw material usage in coordination with the R&D team.
- Assist in inventory monitoring of laboratory materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies.
- Prepare and file supporting documents for product trials, technical reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with other departments for documentation requests, courier dispatch, and internal reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or any related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical or administrative support, preferably in a technical or R&D setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data encoding.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
