Job Description:
- Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth, brand visibility, and channel performance.
- Align with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to translate brand plans into effective trade programs and activations.
- Manage trade budgets, pricing strategy, and promotional planning across all channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, eCommerce).
- Analyze market trends, channel performance, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve execution.
- Lead a team of trade marketing professionals and coordinate with field execution teams to ensure consistent implementation nationwide.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand/category management—preferably in FMCG.
- Strong understanding of trade dynamics, shopper behavior, and channel-specific strategies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale trade programs and budgets.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills with a strategic and execution-focused mindset.
