Job Description:
- Allocate sales targets and trade investments to assigned Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Review and validate business plans, sales performance, and activity reports of BDMs quarterly and annually.
- Provide field coaching and align BDMs with merchandising strategies and national/regional directives.
- Manage accounts receivable within the assigned district and coordinate with Credit & Collection and Logistics.
- Ensure consistent execution of district-level business development strategies and smooth account servicing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or trade marketing, preferably in Modern Trade or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing a sales team.
- Solid understanding of merchandising strategy, account development, and trade investments.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.
