Job Description:
- Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies through audits and assessments.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory updates to support compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and assist in compliance training and communications.
- Support investigations of compliance violations and document findings for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, or Paralegal Studies; paralegal certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, corporate policies, and legal procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills; high attention to detail and integrity.
