COMPLIANCE PARALEGAL

Job Description:

  • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies through audits and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory filings.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory updates to support compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and assist in compliance training and communications.
  • Support investigations of compliance violations and document findings for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Management, or Paralegal Studies; paralegal certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, corporate policies, and legal procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills; high attention to detail and integrity.
