CATEGORY SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Translate brand strategies into actionable category plans for assigned business units.
  • Analyze shopper behavior and market data to recommend relevant product offerings.
  • Support new product launches by converting communication plans into clear sales materials.
  • Monitor sales drivers such as promotions, allocations, and forecasting to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Agencies, and ISA teams to ensure effective execution of category activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or brand support, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with an eye for shopper insights and trends.
  • Experience in campaign monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting tools.
