CATEGORY MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute category plans based on overall brand strategies and business objectives.
  • Analyze shopper behavior and market data to guide product offerings and positioning.
  • Lead activation and promotional planning for specific channels to support sales and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure effective rollout of new products and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in brand/category management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially in shopper and market insights.
  • Proven experience in promotional planning, budget management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and executional follow-through.
