Job Description:
- Develop and execute customer business plans to grow sales and achieve targets within budget.
- Manage head office relationships with assigned Modern Trade accounts, ensuring timely and complete servicing.
- Coordinate and cascade company promotions, programs, and strategies to buyers and store-level teams.
- Monitor account performance through reports, store visits, and trade checks, including promo efficiency and off-take.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade key account management or customer development.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and account servicing skills.
- Proficient in sales analysis, trade marketing execution, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
