Job Description:
- Drive primary and secondary sales volume targets within assigned distributor (CORD) territory.
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with national and regional goals.
- Manage trade spending and ensure activities are within budget and delivered on time.
- Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and timely new product placement in trade channels.
- Support CORD capability development, including sales team skills and trade operations improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2. At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or trade marketing—preferably in FMCG.
- 3. Strong understanding of distributor management, sales planning, and trade execution.
- 4. Analytical, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
- 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
