Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans for assigned Modern Trade and General Trade accounts to drive profitability.
- Monitor and reconcile customer P&L monthly, ensuring accurate financial tracking and alignment across teams.
- Manage account budgets and ensure promotional activities are effective and within approved spend.
- Collaborate with Sales Finance, Credit & Collection, and Business Development teams to manage AR and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct store visits and trade checks to assess execution and gather insights using Store Score tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales finance, business development, or key account management.
- Strong background in financial planning, P&L management, and AR reconciliation.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
