BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales volume targets within assigned distributor (CORD) territory.
  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with national and regional goals.
  • Manage trade spending and ensure activities are within budget and delivered on time.
  • Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and timely new product placement in trade channels.
  • Support CORD capability development, including sales team skills and trade operations improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or trade marketing—preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of distributor management, sales planning, and trade execution.
  • Analytical, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
