Job Description:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans assigned geographical territory aligned with regional
and national objectives. - Allocates targets and trade investment to assigned BDMs
- Conducts field work and coaching to BDMs
- Aligns with Merchandising agency and coordinators on merchandising strategy and directions
- Reviews Business Plans for quarterly and annually of BDMs for their respective CORDs
- Checks RWER, sales activity reports, monthly sales estimates of BDMs
- Manages Accounts Receivable of assigned district
- Cascades national and regional directions and strategies to assigned BDMs
- Coordinates with other departments (Credit & Collection, Logistics) to ensure smooth and continuous CORD –
servicing - Plan, execute, monitor, and achieve assigned reach, calls/day and productive calls targets, aligned with national
objectives. - Ensure consistency availability of priority SKU’s in identified channels
- Implementation of an optimal distributor coverage plan.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- 5 years or more sales experience with at least 3 years spent in GT. Previous successes in distributor management or other trade related operations.
- Experience in handling a team of professionals. Previous success in managing GT sales team(s) and the demonstrated ability to positively influence business partners.
- Strong competencies with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
- Must have strong execution excellence, results orientation, relationship management and can communicate with enthusiasm
and impact.
