Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 5 years sales experience with at least 3 years spent in Modern Trade
- With proven track record and successes in key customer management or other trade related operations
- With experience in handling a team of professionals
- Strong competency in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) is required
- Must have strong execution excellence, results orientation, relationship management, and can communicate with enthusiasm and impact
Job Description:
- Manage a group of District Business Development Managers (DBDM) and Business Development Managers (BDM) in delivering business objectives in an assigned group of key customers
- Responsible for providing the leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values
- Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of national and regional plans so that business targets are met within allocated budget
- Lead by example in managing his/her assigned team of professionals in the areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
- Review Business Plans of DBDMs for their district and teams quarterly and annually
- Cascade national and regional directions and strategies to assigned DBDMs
