Job Description:
- Market Research, Pricing and Strategy Development
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and target audiences.
- Developing strategies to expand the business into new markets or sectors.
- Identifying competitors’ pricing strategies and adjust internal business and pricing strategies.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identifying potential clients and initiating contact. Initial target is to maximize business potential in the Top 6 LGUs for their Gifting Requirements
- Building inroads into balance LGUs via partnerships with consolidators
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-terms partnerships.
- Addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to attract clients or investors.
- Negotiating deals, contracts and agreements to secure profitable opportunities
- Pushing other CPFI products that are not currently included in the existing packages.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Networking and Collaboration
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build connections.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align goals and strategies.
- Partnership Development
- Identifying and establishing partnerships that complement the business’s objectives.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular progress reports.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of business development strategies and suggesting improvements.
